If you are interested in reserving this shelter, please check your date on this calendar to see if it is available before filling out the reservation request form. For questions regarding shelter reservations, please call the Parks and Recreation Department at (615) 371-0080 or E-Mail.
PLEASE NOTE: You must first call 371-0080 to place your request and confirm that you are in fact down for the requested date and time. A reservation is not complete until deposits and/or applicable fees and paperwork are received in the Parks & Recreation office. Deposits and/or applicable fees must be paid within 3 business days from the date the reservation was made. If we do not receive the deposits and/or fees, your requested date will be released.
