HOME MAINTENANCE
Your Home As Seen Through the Eyes of a Professional Home Inspector

Thursday, May 29 at 6:30 p.m.

If you are in the process of buying a home this program will familiarize you with the process of a home inspection and point out some of the more common items that could turn up in the “Repair/Replace” column of an inspection on the property. Taking care of these items now can reduce the hassle of re-negotiating due to problem inspection items.

If you are contemplating selling your home this program should allow you to see your property through “new eyes”. This may point out some of the items you may no longer notice, but which you need to address in order to make your home more marketable. And, if you are like most people, are just interested in maintaining and increasing the value of your home this program should help you with a good general maintenance overview of your property. Areas of home safety will also be touched on such as, alarms, scalding, safety shut-offs, gas leaks, trip and fall hazards and radon. The old proverb, “An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.” is never truer than in home maintenance. To help with your ounce of prevention, every attendee will receive a free “Monthly Home Maintenance Schedule.”

Seminar Presenter: Ron White, founder and Principal of Spectrum Home Analysis brings years of hands-on experience in home construction, maintenance and repair.
